Thanks for taking time to make sure I’m happy with the work it’s all about the fine details top coat is glossy and lays correct thank you for the gas door I really hated looking at that also the hatch that was awesome and there is no more dents in it the car looks renewed I can enjoy keeping it now I noticed the time put in and honest price thanks to the entire team that makes **** happen.

I found a lose piece of plastic in the back end under the back bumper which I had pointed out at time of visit. I didn’t notice that it was as still loose until after I got home and drove the car a bit. I can send a photo. Otherwise very satisfied with front end work

The staff was very polite and courteous throughout the entire process. The text message updates were very helpful.Everything flowed seamlessly from the quote,rental,repair and pickup! I was also given a tour of the shop which was clean and well organized! No problems with repair as to date!

Very good communication, up to when the car should be available. The expected date was 18-SEP@5pm, and reassemble was started around 9am that morning, based on the text. But it finally completed or got the call around 2pm the next day. So problem I had was that no further updates after the 9am...we had to call multiple times for update, and didn't understand why it took another day for reassembling. Of course, I can't guess what's involved, but guess I was expecting to pickup on the expected day. In general, repair looks great.

3D did a nice job. Moreover they communicated throughout the process which was greatly appreciated. We have not encountered another body shop that does that and it is worth its wait in gold.

It was such a fantastic experience. They did a magnificent restoration of my vehicle a classic 1997 BMW Z3. Just Beautiful.
