Everyone was extremely friendly! Getting into an accident is never a fun thing to deal with but True Collision Centers made it much easier. The work was done very quickly and looked great which was very much appreciated!

It was a fantastic experience. Rachel was awesome and made the who experience pleasant. The car is old but the work on the liftgate looks great. The paint matches perfectly and no one could tell it was damaged. The guys even transferred our "Pitt" medallion to the replacement tailgate without asking. I never want to have another accident, but if I do or if a colleague, friend, or family does, I know I will recommend True Collision Centers as the place to go. Great customer service and great work. Thank you so much.

At least not yet. The left rear turn signal is not working, which is the area that was repaired. Hopefully it is only a burned out bulb (that I will replace today) and not a broken or cut wire running through the repaired area. I will call if a new bulb doesn't work. Otherwise it looks great.

Service was good. I received frequent updates. I never expected to be offered and given a ride home the night I had to bring in my van. That was going above and beyond, something that seldom happens anymore.
