We've had four different vehicles repaired by True Collison (through no fault of our own). In each case, we've been completely satisfied. Friendly service, great communication throughout the process and excellent final product. I hope I don't need collision repair services in the future, but if I do, I'll be back a 5th time.

Rachel is amazing, when it came to working with my insurance, who was giving me the run around to get this paid for and get my car back to me, she was able to assist and make sure everything on True Collision's end was done and was correct so that it wasn't too much more stressful.

I haven't had many repair experiences, but of those that I've had, True Collision gets my top marks. It was quick, easy, and Rachel's dynamic customer service performance was the best. As we said in the Navy, "Bravo-Zulu".

Rachel was exceptional. The level of service was beyond what I thought was possible. They really helped me out by getting my car since I had a driving restriction, they kept me updated on the progress of my repair, and called insurance to make sure everything was taken care of. My car looks amazing and very clean. Couldn't be happier with the incredible customer service and superb work done to repair my car.
