When I picked up the car the headlight that was replaced was loose and not properly secured. I told them about it and they couldn’t fix it on the spot and said that I would have to bring the car back to fix it. I am disappointed in the service and that they didn’t do the job properly. The car didn’t finish until late on a Friday (I was called at 5:30pm saying it was done)...I didn’t pick it up until the next day. My guess is that the service tech was rushing to get the car done late in the day on a Friday and took shortcuts to leave work as quickly as possible because it was late on a Friday night. I’m disappointed that service king does not have quality control processes in place to catch things like this before the car is handed back to the customer. I gave a list of things I needed fixed and provided a new bulb, and you didn’t do a single thing from my list and kept my bulb. This was what the insurance person had told me to do and I told you I’d pay for those repairs out of pocket but you only did what my insurance claim was for and didn’t tell me you weren’t fixing the rest. It’s not safe for me to drive around without working headlights or blinkers, so, thanks for hardly anything

They went above and beyond fixing the damage to my car. My car was spotless inside and out. Staff is very professional and my car was fixed in no time! Great job! Would highly recommend them.
