I was not pleased with the way the extra charge, for painting the other end of my bumper, was handled. The gentleman who was handling my repair called me and asked if I would be OK for them to paint the other side of my bumper for an extra charge of 49 and some change. I told him I was not aware of any damage on the other end of my bumper but if he thought that it was necessary that would be fine and I would pay for it. I happened to be going by the business at this time so I decided to stop and take a look at what he was talking about, because I never noticed any previous damage on the other side of my bumper. He tried to show me pictures but I really couldn't see anything in the pictures because the pictures were not very good. He then told me that the technician had already painted it out of the kindness of his hearth and wanted to see if I'd be willing to pay the extra charge. This is not what was said to me over the phone and it made me feel like he was trying to pull one over on me and I did not like to feel that way. I did go ahead and pay the extra charge when I picked up my car even though I felt he had approached me dishonestly. That is why I was not completely satisfied with my service.
