Everyone was very nice and my car was fixed perfectly. My concerns have to do with how long it took to fix my car. This was an insurance claim and fortunately my rental car was completely covered. That being said, I have a feeling it took longer than it needed to, and I wonder if it wasn't rushed because the insurance company was paying. I don't know if this is the case or not, but taking advantage of insurance companies isn't good business. Also, I was told that my car was being detailed for me and would be "spotless" when I picked it up. Lol... If you call wiping down one door and spraying new car smell in my car detailing, well, now I know. Please know that I am grateful to have my car back to normal and a job well done. Next time, leave out the detailing promise and don't use it as a stalling technique. Thanks

Chris K was so awesome. He was very engaged and promptly ansered any questions I had. I just turned 18 and he treated me like a true adult and I couldn't ask for anything better. The door that got fixed was flawless and I drove away with a big smile :)

I just realized that there's a piece that is completely missing from my bumper so I will be bringing it in tomorrow to get that addressed along with the scratch that I got on the back of my car from leaving it there

the mirror that you repaired does not fold back as it should. it is stationary now. I hope that can be fixed. Howard.

Work done on the car is great, however in replacing my tinted rear window onto the new hatch back, the tint job was scratched near the edges. Nothing I will do about it, but thought I would bring it up regardless.

Bob did an exceptionally good job of keeping us informed of the status of the work on our vehicle. It was nice to be able to come in and view the vehicle. Very customer friendly shop, and very clean.

Good communication skills and finished product was excellent. Receptionist at front desk knew her job and was professional but a smile would go a long way to improving first impression. I just chalked it up to she wasn't having a good day but my second visit was the same. I wouldn't say it was bad but it wasn't exactly the personality I would want greeting my customers as a first impression. Again she seemed to know her job so maybe she was preoccupied.
