The quality of work and personal treatment were excellent. However, there was a delay of several days due to a reported painting backlog in the shop and a further delay in obtaining after-market door- and fender-edge trim. Perhaps these issues were reasonable and fall under the category of "stuff happens". If the need arises, I will use Kniesel's again.

When I came to pick up my truck, they called someone up to bring up my truck, he brought it out front jumped out and said there you go, you need to move it so people can get a parking spot. After I got it home I noticed the bumper is not lined up correctly. But other than that, it all went well.

Working with Bob and your team was the easiest and most pleasurable repair experience I've ever had. I brought my car in first thing Wednesday morning. Within 15 minutes the rental car people were there to pick me up due to your guy calling them and handling my reservation. Less than an hour after that I had a message from Bob saying that my car was already in paint and should be done by the end of the day even though it was a 2 day repair. I got text messages all day letting me know the status of my repair and I was able to call at 3pm to schedule my pick up. When I got to the shop Bob was waiting for me at the front counter. After signing off on the paperwork Bob even helped me carry my bag of groceries out to my car. And to top it all off I didn't have to mess with returning the rental car. You have made a lifer out of me and I will recommend Kniesels to everyone I know and I'll never take my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you for providing the kind of customer service that I work so hard to provide to my customers. You guys rock!!

My car was there for repair on Jan 20 and then back again in May. This last experience I felt very rushed to pick up my car. It was completed on Friday at 4pm. I could not pick it up that evening. I am self employed with a busy schedule and I really felt pressured to pick up my truck. Well the accident was not my fault so the inconvenience of taking it to the shop and then picking it up ASAP after it was completed was stressful for me. I called AAA they did not have a problem paying for my rental. I felt extremely pressured by your team to come pick up my truck. Quote "It was just a bumper repair". Well I can't say I was very pleased with the service this time. I felt like I was putting Kneissels in a bad situation because I couldn't rush over there during YOUR business hours. I'm sorry but your hours conflicted with MY business hours. I am a returning customer and I refer other customers to your shop. I did NOT like the pressure I felt to get my self over there on your timing! Sorry but I'm not giving your service a excellent review this time. I understand that You have time limits to keep your rating high but I really hope I don't feel pressured if I need your services again in the future.
