I was pleased by general manager Steve Rosier's professional and courteous conversation with me regarding the estimate and work that would be done on the Honda. The job was completed quickly, and the car was washed and vacuumed before I was called to pick it up. The office staff also were professional. I will use Kniesel's Collision again if the need arises.

I went there to get my truck repaired and left feeling as if i got ripped off. I went there with the intension to get my truck back to the way it was before my accident and left with all the service lights on just as they were post crash, that is the first reason for my disappointment. Secondly during my trucks stint at this shop i had multiple items take from my truck so far that I have noticed item #**** a 6' griffin samsung s5 charging cord, item #2 a 2cell LED maglight, item #3 (this being the most important) a pair of **** and Wesson handcuffs with the name J. Miles stamped into them. These handcuffs are irreplaceable due to the fact they were my uncles' whos has since passed. If this situation is not rectified and i do not get my belongings back I will be forced to take legal action for my things to be returned to me expeditiously. I will be contacting the shop monday morning when they are open and I hope everything is solved when the time comes.
