The job was great! From the moment I brought the car in for an estimate on the job to picking it up after the work was finished, everyone was courteous and eager to help me. I appreciated the updates on the progress on the car's repair. It was also a joy to pick up the car a bit earlier than anticipated. The car looked beautiful and was so nice and clean. You folks rock! I was extremely pleased and impressed with the service I received. The staff was professional, courteous,and they made an otherwise stressful experience a very pleasant one. I really appreciated the frequent updates and how seamless the process felt...from the moment I walked into the building, the environment was aesthetically pleasing and they had complementary coffee :). They even arranged for the car rental company to pick me up. The repairs on my SUV were excellent...it looks amazing! I will be recommending Kniesel's Collision Repair to my friends and family...they deserve the best!

My yelp review: Don't let a nice office and friendly secretaries fool you!! The start of my experience here was fine. Had a quick appraisal, decided on a time to bring my vehicle to get repaired (I had a minor damage due to hitting an animal on the freeway) and brought it in. I dropped my car off before work and the plan was to pick it up by lunch hour. I got a call at 11:10 that my car was ready; sweet! Showed up at ****:00pm that same day and my car was NOT ready. In fact it still had the green marker writing all over my windshield!! To make matters worse, the service we decided on was not even completed in its entirety. They rushed to give my car a wash (not a good one I might add) and then gave me the bill (HAH), I requested a lower rate and guess what? They generously gave me a whopping 7.00 off!!!!! Wow! I just paid and decided to just never come back but then to put a cherry on top of my awful experience I get back to work (late for my very important appointment) and realize they left their dirty company walkie talkie in my cup holder!!!!!!! Talk about paying attention detail?? If you're looking for lack of communication, lack of follow through and an old walkie talkie, kniesels is your place!

I provided Cody feedback on my concerns. The door ding was repaired but I discovered a broken vent lever when I picked up my car along with the dash being tampered with. Cody immediately called me in response to my email I sent him and I explained that while drive home I also noticed the AC light is now not working which might be related to my dash not properly being in place.

Car trunk lid was out of alignment when purchased. Took it back to dealer who fixed it somewhat, but it still looked screwy. When we picked the car up after your repair we noticed that the trunk lid alignment was perfect. Thank you. Bob
