Kneisel’s did an outstanding job on my Honda H-RV. I have always been pleased with their work in the past, but I have to say that their workmanship and customer relations far surpassed any other time I have had body work done. John promised me that the vehicle would be taken care of within 4 days, and it was. He also sent me texts updating me on the progress of the work being done.
Again, I truely feel that an outstanding job was done on my Honda. Thank you all so much!!!

Since this was only a "yes" or "no" question, I chose "yes, I was satisfied with Kiniesel's", however I wouldn't say I was completely satisfied. After leaving the shop and returning home, I carefully inspected my entire car and found new scratches in places around the entire car. Because I drove off the lot, I didn't feel like I was able to come back and report these. The scratches are definitely noticeable. The actual work done by Kniesel's was great and the employees were all very kind, but the subsequent scratches on the parts that were not originally damaged is disappointing.

The hours didn’t work well with my hours....I work and the shop is only opened like 730 to 5 or so. And I think she was the manager, but hailey was kind of rude when I told her about how my deductible should be waived. It seemed like she was saying “this is something you should have handled before coming into my shop”. But my insurance didn’t handle it, so i took off time off work for nothing. I don’t know...Thats just how i felt when i left that day. Other than that my car looks great so far and Brianna did an great job as well. She explained next steps and warranty information. Other than the hours being the main thing, I would return. The shop is no longer closer to my home so I may have to chose another shop closer to me so i don’t waste time driving too far. I thank you for fixing my car though and I’m galf it’s finally fixed up.
