Karina was great in her communications with me. Also, it was great to get the automatic updates on an almost daily basis once the repairs were past the half-way point. Also like that Kniesel (Karina) took care of the communication with the paying party Insurance as the repairs were unfolding. Well done!

When the appointment was made to drop off my vehicle, I had asked for an estimate for another area of damage. I only received a verbal estimate. I called about requesting to have a small additional item painted while it was in the shop. I never got any response. I was told at the end of the day on a Friday that my vehicle would be done within an hour. To late of a notice on a Friday. Whomever scheduled the drop off date scheduled the rental reservation without Hertz. Now Hertz is asking me to pay for the rental when it should have been paid directly by AAA since this is a direct bill shop. After I picking up the vehicle, I attempted to lock it with the key fob. It would not work, so I opened it to get the battery information, thinking it was a dead battery in the fob. There was no battery in it. Then I noticed that the edge of the back half of the fob had a chip out of it as though someone broke it by prying on the case with a small screwdriver.

It was an easy and painless process from the beginning. Very competent and friendly staff made sure I was aware of the process of my repairs. My car was completed 4 days earlier than predicted. Highly recommend to anyone who needs collision repairs done.
