Even though the job took longer than expected, Doug kept me informed and made sure the rental car issue ( more than 30 days) was noted to the insurance agent. Only issue was when Jeff called and advised I would be liable for MZB dealership cost to review damaged sunscreen, which I refuted. However, Doug resolved the issue. Other than that, glad to have car back and appreciate Kniesel's updates and work! Thanks Doug.

The first adjuster Stephanie was amazing unfortunately when she went on vacation my car got lost in the shuffle.. my car was in the shop from the 13th of July and I did not get it out until today which is August 3rd it caused a hardship and I felt nobody knew what was happening when Stephanie left on vacation it was horrible I was grateful when she returned she expedited the situation as quick as possible to get me my vehicle hats off to her......

I'm not happy that the car was rushed to be completed and that the part wasn't properly attached. I'm also not happy that after market parts were used. I expected certified Subaru parts. Had I known this I would not have authorized the repairs. There was also a upc tag on the outside of the mirror after its removal by a tech, he used a solvent that dulled the finish and it looks horrible. My mirror functioned properly before the repair, but now it is much looser and vibrates when driven. Furthermore, the inside of the car was dirtied and I had to wipe of dirt/grease on the interior paneling and leather seat. I wish I never went through with the repair. So frustrating.
