Was sent several text messages reassuring me that the vehicle would be ready on Monday, April 17, 2017. We proceeded with our trip to Southern CA. Repairs were completed on Thursday, April 13 at 4PM resulting in me having to scramble to have someone return my rental car to Enterprise so that I would not be charged over the weekend, and Monday. In the future, it would be helpful to have an accurate timetable for repairs. I did notify the adjuster, and account manager that I would be out of town on Thursday and would not be able to pick up the vehicle before Monday the 17.

Rodrigo did a fantastic job taking care of my car; problem shooting issues as they arose and making sure that it was ready to be picked up at the scheduled time. He kept me up to date with the progress of the car and impressed me with his dedication to have my car ready on time. He also came in on a Saturday to meet with me to go over the details of the repairs. I felt like Kneisels took care of my car the way they would with their own car. It also was a big bonus that they detailed my car! I was a customer of yours about seven years ago and remembered the job you did with my other car; hopefully I won't need your services again, but if so I would come back because your work is amazing. Thank you so much for fixing my mustang and making her pretty again. :)

Almost everything about my experience with Kniesel's was perfect. Devin did an outstanding job of clearly explaining what exactly would be happening with my car, and the work was beautifully completed much faster than originally anticipated. My only tiny complaint is that parking was an issue when dropping off the car and getting picked up.
