My son was not able to open the side door on the driver’s side. He ended up getting dropped off last night. The door jammed and the key will not open the “new” door that was recently replaced. Technically, no doors will open and he couldn’t drive the car. He just got the vehicle yesterday. It’s not even 24 hours yet! Basically, poor workmanship! Will call your company this morning.

So very please with how quick my car was repaired. I had informed Chris that I would be going out of town. He had the car ready a day early and told me the guys worked on late the day before to make sure I had my car finished by the time I went of town. The finished work was excellent. Chris thoroughly explained everything that was done to my car. Highly recommend this body shop.

After my car finally was dropped off, the service was great. BUT the initial drop off didn’t go so well. They had no record of me dropping off my car even though they called me and set up the appointment. So I had to bring my car back later in the day. They told me they would have a rental waiting for me when I returned to drop it off and they did not. I had to wait about 30 min for them to bring me one. But once that was all said and done they got my car fixed quickly and it looks great! They guy Chris I dealt with today was great.
