This is the third time that I have had to use Kniesel's Collision. Each and every time, the entire staff were professional, courteous and went out of their way to assist me through the process. While I hope I do not need their services again, the odds are against me, they are my go to guys. I have and would again recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

Everyone was so nice. Streamlined my experience. I also needed my windshield fixed and they allowed the Repair man to fix it there. Excellent! The work was done much faster than I expected. My technician coordinator was fantastic! Thank you!

On the front right passenger door, a small door ding on the body line on the top of the door was painted over. Did I need to point this out? Was this not covered by my insurance. Would this have been fixed if the car was black? Would you want this ding painted over? A phone call asking me for more money would have been okay, I would have paid. I was introduced to Kniesel's through Utopia Auto Body. I have gone to Kniesel's in Citrus Heights for years, great results. I tried calling on a Saturday to talk about this...you were closed.

There were somethings that didn't get fixed, that had happened in the accident. My car didn't look bad, but we took a preety good hit. I was told that those things couldn"t have happened. So I guess I was lying(sarcasm). I did,'t go to school for forensics or anything, but they did happened in the accident. I was in a hit and run and wish I hadn't been treated like it was my fault. That's how I felt, like I was the criminal. Not a good feeling.

I was extremely happy with the service from the start. I was always well informed about the progress of my vehicle and how the repairs were going whether that be by text or phone calls. From the girls up front and John Estrada the experience was top notch! I will definitely recommend Kniesel's to my family and friends if they are ever in need of an excellent repair center.
