My car looked beautiful inside and out. When it came time to pick up my car, I was shocked at the quick and smooth transaction. Dropping it off was a bit different since I had to deal with a few unreturned phone calls. I do feel that the front desk people could seem a bit more friendly since they seemed to mirror the doom from the clients who have just been in a car accident. Overall, the service was good.

Have to return for a vanity plate to be replaced and mounted that the repair department threw away. Though Steve Nemeth offered right away to replace it when I brought to his attention. He was great to work with and kept me informed. I do need to contact him tomorrow about some scratches in the tint, that I had installed.
