Brought a tailight in to be replaced to the receptionist at the desk, she looked up the technician’s name and walked to the back to give him the part. Upon picking up the vehicle I noticed that the original broken tailight was put back in the car. The service rep said he knew nothing about it, we found the tailight in the back of the car in the box I brought it in with which had be resealed with tape. I didn’t have time to have it replaced so I took the car home and I would just replace it when I had time. The first time I went to fill the car with fuel. The gas door would not open. I ended up getting the door pulled out enough to open it all the way to find masking tape left behind covering the door return spring. The rubber covering the spring tore in the process of removing the tape. The shop seemed busy when dropping the car off and picking the car up, maybe slowing down and more attention to detail would have prevented the mistakes.

I took my Hyundai Elantra for body work to Rick Hendricks automotove repair on August 15,zenu 2017. I got the almost new vehicle on August 31, although it was ready for pickup on August 28. The estimate complete date was September 1st. I gotta say that the level of professionalism was breathtaking. Especially the fact that they keep the customer informed of the repair progress percentage wise. And finally the job itself was fantastic
