Hi, Kevin is a good person, the repair center did not fix the front tag and the police pulled me over in Virginia. It cost me time and money. Your customers are not only from Georgia remember that there might be from Virginia. I would like to tank Kevin for his help.

Matt Paolini, was very professional on getting my vehicle repaired. The most important thing was the first walk thru we did on my vehicle once it was towed there. Matt has great customer service skills and I was very impressed on how he handle everthing. I wish him the best.

This was my first experience with having damage to my car, so I was extremely nervous and worrisome. The front desk staff was very friendly, they had an Enterprise rental service on site. I was able to get my car checked in, and start the process for the rental. Before I had even completed that, the servicemen greeted me. I met a gentleman name Matt Paulini, who made everything about the experience painless and efficient. Matt got his eyes on my car, I had a decent dent and paint removal on my rear passenger side. I had damage to my rims, right below my gas tank and paint was peeled off completely from an accident. I thought at best it would be something that people notice and wouldn't ever comment on because of the custom color on my car. Matt started to assess the car, he gave me quick pointers about how he'd fix it, ETA and worst case scenario is about 6-8 days to get fixed. It was done in 6, he made contact with me via email or phone just about every other day to keep me up to date. I was shocked at how quickly it was done, and you couldn't even tell. He blended the color perfectly, and I told him I thought he made it look better than it did before the damage. Matt was friendly, kind, he had a high level of expertise, and it showed in how passionate he was about it. He made my experience phenomenal, and is a pinnacle of customer service and skill in his area, and I will definitely be coming back to see them!

Matt was on top of it from the start. That guy knows how to work hard and manage multiple things at once. I really felt safe trusting him with my vehicle and taking the best care of it. Give the guy a raise, he's the only reason why I will come back to hendrick.

I was thrilled with the ease and quality of repairs to our Honda Odyssey. The hammer work to our passenger side fender was incredible and it looks great! Thank you so much for such a seamless experience. Matt even helped me transfer child seats from the rental which was above and beyond anything I expected.

Matt Paolini is the best estimator I've ever worked with. Hendrick Collision Center was prompt at reconciling my dilemma. Within 6 business days a seamless process took a distraught spouse rear-ended onto Highway 316 (Westbound) to a completely satisfied customer. Thank you for putting our vehicle back together with the reassurance of total coverage should any parts malfunctions. The service was impeccable, the warranty tried and true, and Matt Paolini, Our USAA Collision Specialist was outstanding, as usual. Kudos to the Kings of Collision Repair! I love that I was able to pick up and drop off my rental car at this location. All of the staff that assisted me with getting my repair completed were very friendly.
