I understand and saw how busy the collision center was, and when they couldn't get to me immediately, they were accommodating for the time I spent waiting. And the expedient service with which they handled my paperwork and repair was greatly appreciated.

Rick Hendrick C9llision did fantastic work. My Honda Odyssey is back to looking great! Matt worked with me and made the whole process quick and easy. He had great attention to detail in making sure my vehicle was put back to look like new. He also got the job completed even faster than I anticipated it would be. I couldn't be more pleased!

Matt did a great job of coordinating the repairs (ordering parts, etc. beforehand), the team did a great job with the repairs and Matt did a great job with following up on additional repairs and getting them completed on the seatbelt replacement. He also coordinated getting the seatbelt code issue resolved. I feel that he did a great job and, while I hope to never have to have a car repair, from a wreck, again, I certainly would want him to handle things for me. Robert J
