Matt PaoliniIs a super gem! He's personal caring and professional. He made my experience seem less stressful than I anticipated. He provided me with full confidence, he never promised anything but produced everything. He made me feel like a priority! If I didn't know better I would have thought I was his only customer for the week! Great choice in my retuning returning to Hendricks this was my second time and I'll refer all my friends and family because of Matt and the final product. Customer service is important to me.

Matt Paolini was outstanding. He was very thorough from the first time we met him when we brought the car in for repair. The original estimate we received from someone else was not what I had wanted done. He said that the part could be replaced instead of repairing it. That is what I wanted done originally. He took care of the insurance, got me a rental car and had it done in two days. I am very pleased with the whole experience. Very professional. If anyone ever needs repair work done I will highly recommend.
