Matt Paolini was an absolute professional during the repair of my Toyota Sienna. He walked me through the repairs and gave me a good sense for the time it would take to complete them. I was also given frequent updates on the status of the repairs. I really appreciate how easy the whole process was and the quality of the repairs seems to be top notch as well.
