From the second I called to get my car towed in to the second I left after getting my car fixed was a great experience. Paul was great, was kept very informed as to the progress of my car, everyone friendly and made a very stressful situation non-stressful. My adjuster Paul was phenomenal as usual. He wrote the estimate for my vehicle repair very quickly and explained it very thoroughly. The repair was great. You cannot tell the vehicle was involved in a collision. The vehicle was also washed and ready as promised. Another job well done by my USSA adjuster as well as Terry Labonte Colision Center. Very satisfied.

Top notch service. I love the text messages updating me on the progress. I had no idea that USAA had sent me a check but you guys worked it out. It could have been a bad situation since I had already returned my rental. It would have been helpful to have received a text saying...your car is almost ready...if this is an insurance claim be sure to ask your claim rep about payment for your repairs. I thought they were paying you directly. Thanks, again, for a job well done!

Having never had to do a collision repair before, I wasn't sure what to expect. Gladly the transition with Terry Labonte was flawless. Employees were courteous and I was continually updated on progress. Car was very clean upon pick-up and the fragrance used inside was awesome lol. Thanks again guys
