For the most part it was efficient. On the other hand I did not receive any texted updates until I called and gave my email information. Also I was told that I could drop my care off in the morning but when I got there the appointment book said 12:30pm so I had to come back. Last I received an estimated time of 12/15 that my car would be ready. I was told that I would receive a phone call to confirm. I received an email instead at 7:30pm and when I called the office was closed. I came the next morning and there was only one person working to help customers. So the drop off and pick up seemed to be a little unorganized

Picked up Yukon yesterday because of damage to the front end the drivers front tire had to be replaced. I went to local dealership to purchase 3 matching tires and have a NC inspection because it was due. During the inspection it was found the drivers wheel Hub had excessive play and it had to be replaced to pass inspection. Submitted the estimate/invoice to Geico immediately.

The interior of my car had a thick layer of dust over the entire inside. The 2 interior door panels had white powder on them, and the trim work when you ooen the door still has primer residue. It was marked cleaned interior and exterior. I was satisfied with the actual body repair

The text message updates were inaccurate. They told me my car would be completed two days before it was actually completed. In the past, Gieco express repair shops have utilized the automatic text updates correctly.

The overall experience was very good. The only thing that would prevent me from rating it is excellent was the extended lead time (planned completion date was Nov 24th and actual completion date was Nov 29th), apparently due to the holiday and delay in getting parts. Had I been aware of this longer lead time up front, I would have been prepared to plan differently for my transportation needs while without my car. Otherwise, from the quality of workmanship to the frequent updates via text message, I found the overall experience very positive.
