The communication over the progress of my car was good. I have one complaint: upon inspection of my car when I arrived to pick it up, I noticed the back left bumper area behind tire has mounted plastic piece that is not flush against the bumper. I addressed this to the representative Brian Martin, who assured me it would not be an issue. I do not want this to be an issue when my lease expires in 2016 (a concern I made to Mr . Martin).

Jade made his experience wonderful! After being hit and having to deal with adjusters, I really appreciated someone who handled everything from estimating damage to working through difficult insurance supplements. This is the second body repair my wife and I have had completed at Rick Hendrick Collision, and I will definitely recommend you guys in the future. Hopefully we won't need body repair in the future, but if we do, it will be with Rock Hendrick Collision. Thank you!

The work was excellent as far as I can tell. The people I dealt with Brian Martin, David Clark, Beth? Becky? were professional. The bottom line is that it took 2 ****/2 months to accomplish the work. The damage was not massive. The reasons given for such a long time were feeble. If the Collision Center was that busy, and had told me that up front; I would have chosen other alternatives. thanks Keith H

Larry and his team are extremely good to work with when having your car repaired. They stay in touch, update you as work is progressing and let you now through their concern that they want the best possible outcome for you the customer. They even delivered my car to my door when their was a mix up with the "pick up" driver taking me to the dealership to pick up my car. Job well done and thank you.
