They did a great job since i walked in to the office, Ricardo and the geico rep were very professional and took me right away, the repair was quick and I love how they kept me updated by text, you guys have a great team, when I picked up my truck was nice and shine, thanks a lot for this great experience.

There was damage to the tailgate of my truck and the work to the side of the bed was not completed correctly. Noticed the tunnel cover was leaking and it didn’t leak before accident Was asked to bring it back to have the texture fixed and tailgate touched up and tunnel cover adjusted.

Repairs were done with good quality. The only thing unsatisfying was that they kept asking for more time and couldn’t tell me how much longer they were going to need. Was frustrating to have to keep calling trying to get an update.

When dreturning home I noticed a rubbing noise coming from the passenger front tire , this is the area that was worked on I found that the wheel well was not completely reinstalled and it was rubbing against my tire, I have since fixed it but can’t believe this was missed along with a still dirty truck that was said to be washed.
