Dendi Lawrence is a consummate professional. Job took longer than expected but she kept me apprised of all developments and got car ready for me exactly when she said it would be once newly discovered damage was assessed, new repair costs approved by insurer, and then car was repaired per those new specifications--almost $1000 more than original estimate but she still convinced insurer it was necessary. Car, especially paint job, looks great.

My car is running hot the last 2 days since I brought it home, I had a new radiator put in November, I realize it is hot outside but the thermostat never has gotten this hot, I wasn't having that problem before, I also asked that my steering be checked but they said they looked at the body and nothing was affected from the accident, I need new tires so I am going to get the alignment checked but it definitively is a problem created from the accident

Service was good. They even vacuumed my truck out! The only issues I had was the parking lot is a disaster and a safety issue. As I was pulling up there is barely any room to turn the corner with how narrow the driveway is and all the cars that are parked there. There was also so many people standing around the parking lot doing adjustments that I had to try to squeeze through them to pull in my spot and scraped a parked car. Parking lot is way too small for the amount of business that they get and a safety hazard for all the people walking to and from their vevicles.

Although I didn't get to speak with the actual mechanics.. the insurance adjusters made everything so easy! Also, instead of having to drive in traffic at 6pm on Friday they let me keep the rental until Monday which was a huge help! Thank you guys so much!! Kevin and David were the insurance adjusters I felt with.
