From beginning to end I was completly satisfied with everything. They kept me up to date on what they were doing, were done in a timely manner and did a grade A job! I wouldn't hesitate to clreturn if the need should ever arise.

Great job on the repair of my front driver's side fender, where someone hit my car in the parking lot at the mall. Merry Christmas to me, as the person that backed into my car didn't even leave a note! Now you would never know it had been dented. Thank you Jeff Gordon....Super job!!

The repair was not acceptable. Paint was chipped and uneven. Looked really Bad. I have used this repair shop before in another car and was very pleased. NOT the case this time. Looked like whoever repaired it was new or a first timer. Driven from Southport to pick it up. Had to wait, was late for appointment because I had to get the rental car back.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Job was finished in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. We are "Honda people" but will certainly call on JGC for future body shop needs.
