My car was apparently ready since 5/18 and yet I'm getting text messages TODAY, 5/20 saying that my car is 72% ready and that I can come pick it up soon. There is black paint on my car that was not there before, I have pictures. I already called but it's after hours now. The Enterprise people don't know what they're doing. Seemed like it was everyone's first day on the job.

We feel Kevin Kutz was very helpful and supportive at a dificult time for us. He inspired confidence, we never doubted the outcome.
