Good people, good systems, good integration with ancillary services (Geico, Enterprise), reasonable turnaround, great cleanup, and little things like employee opening door for me, another coming out with my umbrella that had been removed for vacuuming...

More interaction with the customer to go over what was done for repairs to the car would have been helpful. I would have liked to have known what was done to my car and what was replaced/repaired. As far as I can tell the actual repairs to the car look great! And it was completed far ahead of schedule.

I appreciate the repairs done, but upon return my hood was not latched and has not been able to fully latch since I got it back. This is also setting my alarm off often. I will need to bring it back this week
