I was told by Mr leave that my car would be ready in 3 days it took 5 days for me to get my car and when I receive it not realizing until I had got back on the job that my steering wheel casing was brokem.. not pleased at all

The frequent updates on the repair efforts were much appreciated. The results of the efforts were a complete and professional quality job. The 3 day early delivery was also greatly appreciated. I must admit, however, that I was quite surprised by the supplemental “estimate” I received after I picked up my car that nearly doubled the initial estimated amount. I certainly hope the insurance company used by the person who did the damages assumes complete liability so my insurance company, USAA, is fully reimbursed including my costs!!

The repair was done quickly and correctly. I had trouble getting a car seat out of the rental car and your employees went out of their way to help me get it out. I hope I don’t need repair work again, but if I do I’ll definitely be bringing my car here.

Contact me imidiately. I have not received a call back from the man who was helping me since the repairs weren’t properly installed. WHY AM I GETTING A MESSAGE SAYING MY CAR HAS BEEN PICKED UP WHEN I HAVE YET TO GET A CALL TO CHECK MY CAR FOR THE 3RD TIME TO SEE IF IT WAS REPAIRED CORRECTLY. I NEED TO SPEAK WITH HIS SUPERVISOR IMMIDEATELY.

I was amazed at the condition of my car, the did an awesome job at the repairs. I was shocked, seeing as the way I dropped my car off. Mr. David was such a nice consultant, he went over all my paperwork in detail, explained all of the repairs that needed to be made, walked me through the entire process, I was floored at the great hospitality I encountered. But this is my second time coming to Ricks Hendricks so I was used to the world class service they render. And Mrs. Teresa at the front desk was such a delight. Bright smile, welcoming demeanor, she was just awesome. I couldn’t ask for a better place to get my car serviced.
