The car repairs are fantastic. I was disappointed in the office customer service. The staff were not friendly, made little eye contact, and the overall morale seemed low. When customers came in, there was hesitance in greeting. They appeared preoccupied. However, the staff made me aware that my car would not be ready in time and let me know the minute it was done the next day.

Work was done well but I felt like there was always another excuse for a reason why my car wasn't done in a timely manor. 3 days turned into 10. I understands problems arise and things happen, I just wish i could have been more of a priority since I had minor damage and I had been waiting for so long. Overall, I'm pleased with most of the customer service (nice people) and the quality of the work.
