Chris did my estimate and informed me it would be three to four days before the car could be ready. I was told I could bring it in the following day. I arrived and was immediately met by the agent for Enterprise Rentals, who is on the premises. Nice touch, no running around securing a rental. Again I was informed the repairs would take three to four days. On the afternoon of the third day I called and was told it would be ready in half an hour. I picked up the car earlier than I expected. Not having an accident in over 20 years I had no expectations. I will tell you from the clean lobby to the friendly receptionist and the well informed estimators, I will recommend this company to anyone I talk to about auto repairs. A TRULY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

I appreciate the timely manner that HCC Hwy 55 applied to my situation. Although it was a minor issue, I was without a car for no more than two (2) business days. I brought my car in on Monday and it was repaired and ready for pick up on Wed. We're a two (2) car family but we didn't need a rental car because the repair work was done quickly and satisfactory. It looks like new. Since this was a one (****) car accident, the cost to repair the damage was all mine. This meant that any additional costs, like renting a car would be my responsibility as well; therefore, it was a benefit to me to have my car back as quick as possible without having to spend additional funds for a rental. I also really liked their method of communication to provide me with work completion estimates, regarding my car. This allowed me to plan my day around my work schedule, since I work out of town. I guess these issues are no different for anyone else but the way HCC Hwy 55 handled the situation made it a lot less stressful for me.
