Very professional and courteous

I thought the repair was done well. However i was worried about the noise in my tires i brought it up several times that was my main concern. An employee drove it to hear the noise said it was in the tires. I spoke to my husband who had mentioned that it may need a wheel alignment as it wasn't making this noise last time I got a wheel alignment he said he would look into it but never followed up. Looking at the description of the items that were repaired I assume he did do the wheel alignment. He said they would check everything out and let me know but they never let me know anything so I assumed it was fine but yet my car still makes the same noise. However he mentioned it maybe the tires so that can very well be I wish they would have communicated a little bit more regarding the issue. Also they called me and said that the final step was a detail for the car when I picked it up it was pretty dusty I wiped it off to drive off which was fine because my car wasnt at its cleanest when i dropped it off. However throughout the day when I was driving it I turn around and I got dust everywhere! Passenger side door has a white marks, just dust and dirt no biggy but I would think that they would try to wipe the stuff off. Instead i had to spend time cleaning everything. However I thought everybody was very friendly and the work done on the repair came out really good. It was not a bad experience, those are just my comments about what could be done better next time.

I was very impressed with the quality of the work performed. After my car was finished, the shop went on to detail my car before pickup. The car looks great and I appreciate the great customer service. Communication was outstanding, with regular updates.

Everyone there was very nice. The work done was excellent and it was completed very quickly.

Once the repair work was completed, I was satisfied; however, I was told my car would be ready in 2-3 days, but it was 7 days before I could get the car.

My car was returned with damage that occurred from the collision and has scratches on my leather interior and on the drivers side door that was not there prior to drop off. This is after two months of being in the repair stage. Very displeased to say the least with the quality of service and time spand.

The experience was a good one, however, the one thing I can say is when I came to your facility to get an estimate the man I worked with was kind and very nice. He told me that I could rent a car from you all. Once I got the ok from the insurance company I call him and he was then not so nice, I asked about the rental and he said I had to use Enterprise. I was ok with that but he just wasn't near as pleasant as he was when I came in for the estimate. Outside of that there was no issues, I never dealt with this man again, all the others were great! The lady at the front desk was great and the updates from Shelby were great. Thank you!

I was thankful for the updates that were called to me during the process of having my car repaired.

Over all they did a good job. The inside of the car door and the floor was very dirty from the shop. We had to clean it up when we got home. The repairs look good. They just need to make sure they do a better job cleaning the car before it is picked up.

Everything looks great. Nice to work with your staff on getting this repair done. I did call a few times during the 8 days to check on the status. Needing to plan my days in case the car would be ready.

In short, I highly commend the professionals at Hendrick Collision. From the very beginning, they were proactive at locating my vehicle and coordinating having it delivered to repair facility. After, I was constantly updated during the repair process --- demonstrating care. An excellent rating and grateful customer.
