On the surface everything appeared to go well. Jenna assured me that Stewart would honor the estimate from Coggin Collision Center. Further she stated that they would not be billing 21st Century Insurance for the extra ****/2 hour labor required to install the headlamp. What Jenna did was bill ME the 167.56 over and above the original estimate. It took me approximately **** hour of my time on the phone to get 21st Century Insurance to agree to pay me the 167.56. Further she assured me that Stewart had the same relationship with 21st Century as did Coggin Collision Center. The insurance adjuster, Siji Mathew, at 21st Century disputed this statement. I also asked her how long the part/work would be guaranteed for. She stated she did not know. I was given no verbal or written warranty. Coggin Collision Center gives a lifetime warranty. Please respond to these issues.
