First and foremost Mathew Young provided excellent service through out the repair process. His communication was excellent and he went the extra mile to ensure I would be satisfied with the final results. The maintenance team did an amazing job. It looks as though nothing ever happened to my car. I appreciate all the hard work that was put into repairing my car and am glad to have it back!! Thanks again!

I am very impressed with the service I received at Service King. The front desk receptionist Carrie was very nice & caring. Tommy was my representative. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I really liked the consistent emails I received keeping me up-to-date with repairs on my car. Repairs were completed in a timely manner. I pray I do not have another accident, but should that occur, I would return to Service King. Thank you! Holly

It took longer than expected. I also did not expect to drop off a clean car and get a dirty one back. The only clean spot was the panel that was repaired. I would think you would want to show case your repairs with clean car. Car repairs are expensive. A simple car wash would go a long way.

The repairs were fine. I was a bit disappointed with the mix up on dates I was told it was to be completed vs when it actually was completed. This mix up caused me to have to pay extra for the rental car. I have spoken to the manager Mike about this and he was very kind and seemed genuinely concerned. Everyone has been very nice.
