It was the best service kept me informed the whole way it was done before the estimate the job was very excellent I was more than satisfied my truck came back absolutely perfect .The gentleman that took care of my truck listen to the details and what I asked and performed with excellence if anybody asks me where to take their vehicle it's going to be there .job more than well done thank you for helping me.

The bumper work was great. when you wash a car please include the wheels. I understand my items needed to be removed from the trunk. I was surprised they were left in the passenger seat

Chris and your team were courteous and professional. The work looks good. I have one tweak we might need. It sounds like the seal at the window allows wind leak at hwy speeds...it's probably just the rubber seal needing a tweak. However my experience overall was excellent

The complete follow through, it honestly felt like my car was in my own garage. The notification updates was above and beyond. I've had my car in many different shops and by far 1st Class Collision was superior. From the service Chris provided to the ladies at the front desk. The only thing left to say is 1st Class Collision is 1st Class.

I was very impressed with the service at 1st Class Collision. The way they did what they said they would do when they said they'd do it is rare in today's world. I also appreciated all the updates both via text, and phone from my service person. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

The workmanship done by the service department was completely satisfactory. The salesman didn't let me know at the beginning when the date was that I could come in for my car to be repaired, so I had to call and find out picking up the car was it a hassle because the time kept changing. The secretary was wonderful and how she handled it getting the information for me.
