It was such a pleasure to deal with a company that knows the meaning of service and he has a commitment to providing it. From the moment I I called and was told I could bring in the car that day and that they would begin working on it that day, to the final inspection, all their actions screamed service. Carrie, the intake coordinator, was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Tucker, the service manager,assigned to my vehicle, was professional, thorough, flexible, and committed to excellence. My car was serviced quickly and looked beautiful. Service King even washed the exterior of my car, nd cleaned the windows. They texted me to give me updates on percentage of job completed. The whole experience was so positive!

New Grill was damaged due to hood and/or grill not properly aligning. How can I have easily noticed it when I inspected the vehicle with one of their reps but the QA inspector or anyone else not notice it. It was extremely obvious. The rep took pics of the issue and will be ordering a new grill to replace the new one just installed.

Your receptionist was very unprofessional, she put me on hold for a very long time, I called back 3 different times and she didn't answer but put me on hold as if she had caller ID. Secondly 14 days to do a minor job, if my insurance didn't have ties with your shop, knowing what I know now I would not do business with you or recommend your services.
