Service King Roseville

It was amazing to me that the car wad repaired in 3 days. I had the exact same thing with this car and I waited weeks to get the car and then it took more than a week to get it repaired

Body work came out excellent. However the little things were overlooked such as inner trunk cover was missing a pin as well as having a deep crease.

Have always received excellent service.

Everything went as Mike said it would, including timeframe. I am very happy with the work as well as the friendly personnel!

Would have liked a phone call. Received a text message yesterday at. 9:25am saying car was near completion but nothing until I called today at 11:48am to check on status. Still happy with service though.

Excellent service! Jordan was amazing! He answered all my questions and kept me informed during the whole process. My car was ready earlier than expected and arrived in spotless condition inside and out. They even replaced the bulb in my tail light without me having to ask. The repair job was done beautifully and completely!

I have been a repeat customer for years and spent over 30,000 on repairc. I come back because of the excellent work. This time was terrible. The brand new cab corner has a small dent, over spray on bedliner, chip on door trim that was part of repair, replaced door lower corner flares out, chip in wheel well that was just replaced as a skin, tailgate latch is still stiff, there is a paint flaw on the bed corner that was replaced, paint is rough around tail lights as if it was buffed with lenses in place, and more. I saw these when I stopped for gas. So upset, I returned the truck within hours of pickup. I left it at the shop over the weekend because It makes me sick to look at it. If I can find all these on a light inspection, what else was skimp ed on that I can't see? Service writer heard some of my observations before I left and said to look for stuff over the weekend and bring it back to add to the list to be fixed. Why am I on quality control duty? Where is yours? I have lost faith and am very dissapointed. I imagine I won't see my truck for another week and fear the corrections will be half-****.what happened to the Gamboas I used to know?
