My vehicle was not inspected prior to asking me to come down and pick it up because you informed me it was ready. Only to find that my back door mechanics electronics was not put back together and was laying on my back seat. The rim under my doors was not put on properly which prompted the need to keep my car another day. I was not happy that you wanted my time by asking me to come down just to have to leave without my vehicle. I was very dissatisfied with the lack of follow up to ensure accuracy and completion
