The original completion date was 22 Sep but was pushed back to 29 Sep. when the car was picked up the rear bumper had not been repaired, the moldings around the front drivers side wheel well and below the door were not completely installed and the front drivers side quarter panel on the bottom is still bent in.

I was told it would only take two days to replace and paint my bumper. It took seven and that was after pushing to get it done. I specifically told Cheryl and John I am moving and needed my car back asap. It fell on deaf ears. Items that were supposed to have been ordered ahead of time were ordered 4 days into having my car.
To add insult to injury, a (new?) employee picked through my car and stole items. The manager acted like "Well, sorry. What do you want us to do about it?" Rather than hold the employee accountable, it was blamed on drifters getting in the car while being unlocked during the time it was fixed. Really?
Items in my center console were found on the back seat, along with a wrapped gift ripped apart, along with the empty gift card holder. Paper was strewn all over my back seat. It took a while to find specific items found in the console, which makes me certain it was a new employee. I was extremely disappointed that my car was not returned to me in the condition it was dropped off. If it had been put back together, someone would have noticed the theft.
Here is a list of what was stolen, and which I want to me compensated for:
