Although the repair of my primary damage was satisfactory, there were several details missed including a nearly flat tire that I drove home from Service KingZ in addition, a scratch that is approximately 8” Long was missed during repair.

I am satisfied with the repair work done. I was a little confused with all the update messages. Percentage of completion was not something that I really cared about; and they didn’t seem to be accurate anyways. The completion date changed several times. Jerry Treloar was my main contact and he was always very helpful.

The timeline and quality of repairs were not adequate by any standard. Upon initial review, I was quoted a turnaround timeframe of 3 days for the repair on the back bumper on the vehicle. The repair took more than 18 days to complete, and the notification I received that it was complete was inaccurate. I took time off of work to pick up the vehicle, and when I arrived, there was no bumper on the vehicle, and the repairs were not complete. I was then told the repair would be completed the next day and to come back. I returned to pick up the reportedly completed repair - the bumper was not installed properly and had caused damage to the lower portion which was not affected in the accident (cause for initial repair). It is not clear how such a visible defect in the repair process was 'approved' by management for the car to be released as complete. I was then told the car would be fully repaired and returned by end of day, Monday (next working day for the shop). This also was not true. No contact was made from Service King, and when I followed up Tuesday, I was informed they had damaged the original bumper piece in a manner that required its full replacement - which would take more time. Two days later, Thursday, I was notified the repair was complete, and upon receipt of the car, it was. The service received, poor craftmanship, lack of oversight by management and delay in repairs is unacceptable. One of the men in the office, when asked "how long does a typical bumper repair time frame take" curtly responded that he had no idea what it takes to repair a bumper and to not ask him. That response was ill-fitted for a shop centered around customer service. Especially within an operation where there are roughly 3-5 office personnel in a repair shop. One exception was Nick, when responsive, he did appeared to try to the best of his ability to provide accurate information and was easy to work with - it does seem that he tried to make things right to the best of his ability. Overall 0/5 stars for Service King, 4/5 for Nick.

I have a 2017 jeep. Notice the chrome trim repair was aftermarket. It same as original. Kind of disappointed with a brand new car. Other work was fine.
