I have never had to deal with a insurance claim from being hit before. Everyone I spoke to at the shop was helpful and explained all the details. Getting a rental car couldn’t have been easier. I believe Penny is who I spoke to the most in the office she really is the definition of customer service. I will be back if I ever need body work again. My Jeep looks great! Will highly recommend thru it all to anyone looking for quality work and fantastic customer service.

After having a car accident, I had to make the choice of where to bring my car for repairs, there was no question in my mind of where to bring it... Thru It All. A couple of years ago, my mother in law needed repairs done to her car and they did a wonderful job so I knew it would be the right place for me as well. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was never in the dark as to what was going on, they kept me updated at all times and even was able to finish the repairs almost a week early. I couldn't be happier with their work. The timely service provided to me equals the quality of work I have found on my vehicle. It looks fantastic! I greatly appreciated the extra effort your team did to make this as smooth as possible. Giving me frequent updates, answering questions, working with my insurer. This was first fender bender and i had not had an experience like this before, but Thru it all made a great experience. Getting my car back detailed was Icing on the cake. I will certainly recommend your shop to friends and family.
