When I received my car back, my gas tank door no longer opened. I had to find out at the gas station a couple of days after I received my car back. I'm having to take it back, again. I am extremely dissatisfied and upset.

Major omission in the fix--the mirror won't work without programming, so I have to go on my own time and additional money to handle it. Not satisfied.

When I came in for the estimate, the repair and the pickup each time I was told the Kim would be helping me. 2 of the 3 times it was someone else because she was ****. The other gentlemen were great!, but I left feeling a little slighted. It might be better if you told the customer who would actually be helping - rather than leaving them with the potential feeling of "2nd string". I have no complaints about the service, I would choose you again if the need arises- this is simply a suggestion.
