I have never a bad experience turn out so well. I was greeted nicely and treated like family during the whole repair. I got calls about changes in the agenda, emails on progress, and more calls! The work is amazing and I'm so glad USAA recommended Crews Collision. I received my vehicle after only 6 days, and the whole outside, including tires, was spotless. They even cleaned the inside! I feel like I am picking my car up from the dealership again! Thank you so much Crews! Your team and office staff made my accident/repair memorable and enjoyable...maybe just the repair part...Anyway, thank you so much for being so helpful and going above and beyond! My truck was **** month past due completion and it forced me to get a rental truck which I wasn't expecting because I already was going through alot because of hurricane mathew. My car had ants and tiny flying bugs in it when it was returned and it felt damp and musty. The major issue is that my rear backup sensor is no longer working and it was working when I took it to your shop. I am extremely dissatisfied and will be contacting USAA.
