Jesse kept me in the loop the entire time of my repair. I was working with Fred Loya insurance & they were absolutely awful through every step. BUT Jesse kept me posted & let me know as soon as I could pick my vehicle up. I've used Westside many times in the past & will continue to do so!

I had a great experience with Westside Collision. I step by to make a quote for my car and for my surprise this people has an excellent customer service and I felt no doubt to leave my car there. Sharon is a great person. Jesse he's an excellent guy, he has a lot of knowledge regarding your needs. He's patient, dedicated and he explains you with clarity the procedures and as you're talking to him you can notice that he has a great experience in what he's doing. He's always giving you feedbacks and updates so you'll know what to except towards your car. In my experience this is an A place to repair your car.

Faster rental setup would be a plus. It took an hour to get my rental when dropping off my car for repair. Otherwise, keep up the good work!

I recevied my car 4-7-17. The next day my car was overheating. Called the office spoke with the shop guys and they stated it had nothing to with them. My van was driving fine before I brought it in. The point is the lack of customer service for understanding the situation. No one offered a discount to fix the probem or to fix the problem for free. I drove away with a overheading vechicle, it was Monday, I had a meeting for work and I missed work to deal with additional problems. I had a horrible expereince with Enterpirse in the same office too. Poor.

Very friendly and forthcoming people. Updates were frequent. Response or return calls pretty immediate. Car was returned cleaned and in mind conditions. Nice touch! Repair took twice as long and was twice as much as originally estimated. Better upfront examination for hidden damage might have prevented that. Would certainly come back if I have the need.
