Everything was excellent and went smoothly. I was treated great by everyone from start to finish and my car was done in a timely manner with constant updates sent to me. Great experience !!

I did not receive a call when my car was ready. Apparently,it was ready 9 days before I picked it up. I had no idea. I'm waiting to hear back from enterprise to see if they are going to try to change me for the excess days. Car looks great. Won't matter if I'm stuck with a bill for car rental

Everyone at WESTSIDE was great to deal with, Farmers Rep Gabriel, Front desk and the guys working on my car. Thanks so much for an easy and comforting experience. This part is not about WESTSIDE.... I only wish my first phone call into Farmers Claims dept. on the day of the accident was just as smooth. They would not answer any of my questions and to tell you the truth I felt like the person I was talking to did not really care and I felt treated like a criminal. I was more upset after calling farmers than I was at the accident site. And the person that hit me seemed shady to me and the officer. But the officer calmed me down and took over so I wouldn't get escalate things. you may want to look into that process. Maria H

Westside Collision did a fantastic job on my car repair. My cobalt looks like new. The only improvement I would make is the follow up or timeliness of the text update to real time. I arrived at Westside to pick up my vehicle after receiving the text update on Friday 2.5.16 and the vehicle was not complete. Other than that great service and fantastic job on the bodywork and repair. Great job guys Bridgett M
