I was not aware of Westside. I took the car to a different shop and they said they'd take care of it. Next day, they called and said there wasn't the right items on the adjuster's estimate. I got a referral to Westside, and took the car there. Ruben told me that he would take care of everything, and was shocked the other shop reacted like it did. Ruben held to his word, and I was SOOO glad to see the car when I picked it up. It's beautiful!! He delivered more than what he promised initially and I will refer all friends who have cars/trucks whatever, that need repairs to go to Westside Collision. It's a great shop! Thank you for your assistance.
