Bill Lippard took excellent care of us. My car was ready earlier than expected, and it means a great deal to me that he touched up all the Knicks down the passenger side where I had scraped it on a post at a parking garage. I brought the car to Advanced for an estimate at that time but could not afford to make the necessary repairs. One of your employees voluntarily touched up the scrapes. His having done that is the reason I chose to use Advanced Collision for repairs from a recent accident. Bill touched up those same spots and others as the paint had worn off. We appreciate that Bill Lippard went the extra mile for us. Carolyn P

The end result of repair was excellent. The journey to get there was horrible. The job was poorly done and then the staff tried to deceive me to deliver the car on time. Once I got liberty mutual involved in the process then things turned around. I would never bring my car to your shop again. I could be forgiving of honest mistakes. I cannot abide with not telling the truth.

Great customer service and the car looks like new! There was a problem with the auto text alert giving me an incorrect pick up time, but other than that I was very happy with my experience there. I hope I don't need collusion service again, but if I do, it will be at Advanced Collision. Thank you!
