No need to contact me because you didn't repair my collision. Your company isn't on my insured, Liberty Mutual's preferred plan. Had to go elsewhere. Hope it's as good as previous experience with you.

Bill did a tremendous job correlating my repair To the point of getting all the info neaded to start the process.... Including sampling the paint color during the estimate! He ordered the bumper cover and had it already painted when I arrived on the day of the repair. He did mention that there may be some internal damage ....during the estsmate And sure enough the actual metal bumper under the cover was bent. The impressive thing is that instead of calling me and telling me there would be a delay he found the part in Atlanta and sent someone to pick it up! That's when he called me and gave me the status report. He said his plan was to have it done by the end of the day. The plan came to be and needless to say I am a very satisfied customer. It was a wise choice to use your company. Hopefully I'll never need a body shop again but if I do I will chose advance collision. Very impressive operation! Ps the best part was the text saying my Porsche was ready to come home!

I am out of town, so I haven't seen the work you performed on the bumper if my Boxter. However, if Jon Lancaster at Porsche of Chattanooga, who arranged the repair, and my son, who understands my obsessions with my cars, like the work, then that's good enough for me. I also like the continuous text information regarding the car that I receive from Advanced. Thanks
