Zero communication. The guy behind the counter has social anxiety! He can not / will not speak. Ive been in there several times over the years and its always the same. Plus, theres a rotational sound coming from the front drivers wheel well. I will be taking my truck back tomorrow. I think thete should be more personal interaction. ABBRA will do a walk thru with you before and after.
